Robert F. McManus, Esq.

Robert is a 1981 graduate of Fordham University, Bronx, New York with a B.A. in Political Science and a 1985 graduate of the Western Michigan University-Cooley Law School, Lansing, Michigan, with a J.D. degree. He was admitted to the New York State Bar on January 14, 1987 and has been engaged in the private practice of law ever since. Over the past thirty plus (30+) years he has assisted countless individuals and businesses resolve a multitude of issues in a personalized and friendly manner. Robert is licensed to practice before all Courts of the State of New York as well as the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts-Southern District of New York. Robert is a member of the New York State and Orange County Bar Associations. In his spare time, Robert enjoys traveling and golfing.

R. Alexander McManus, Esq.

Alexander was born and raised in Orange County, New York. He graduated from Wagner College in 2011 with a B.A. in Sociology. In 2014, Alexander graduated from Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida. During law school, he interned at the United States District Court-Southern District of Connecticut, for the Honorable Warren W. Eginton. Alexander then clerked in the Naples office of a large Florida insurance defense firm where he gained valuable insight in handling litigation matters in various areas including medical malpractice, construction defects, premises liability, and licensure defense. After passing the Bar Exam in 2014, he joined the Orange County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney. From 2014-2018, Alexander prosecuted thousands of criminal cases and conducted many hearings and trials. Alexander is licensed to practice before all Courts of the State of New York. Alexander is a member of the New York State and Orange County Bar Associations. In his free time, Alexander enjoys playing golf, watching football and spending time with his family and friends.

Jeanine Garitano Wadeson, Esq.

Jeanine is a 1992 graduate, cum laude, of Nazareth College of Rochester, Rochester, NY, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy and a 1995 graduate of Fordham University School of Law, New York, NY.  She was admitted to practice in the State of New York in March, 1996 and has engaged in the general practice of law in Orange County for her entire career.  Jeanine’s practice has focused on residential and commercial real estate transactions, representation of lenders in residential and commercial financing, wills and basic estate planning, business formation and the transactional practice of the purchase and sale of businesses, and local municipal law.  Since 2009, Jeanine has served as Village Justice for the Village of Warwick.  She resides in Warwick with her husband and two daughters and enjoys gardening, traveling and reading.
